On the terrace of the Bohemia Suites & Spa Hotel in Maspalomas, an extension is planned consisting of three luxury apartments that unfold like a fan across the rooftop, each with a different orientation and a distinct relationship to the landscape. The volumes are arranged as a fluid sequence, creating sheltered outdoor spaces and interlacing views out toward the surroundings.
The interior design is inspired by the seas of the Canary Islands: curved backdrops clad in volcanic stone evoke lava rising from the ocean, while shafts of green light wash across the walls like the moss that lives on submerged rock. Wood, warm tones, and natural textures dialogue with this mineral base, creating an immersive, sensory atmosphere. The result is an architecture that blends luxury and serenity—contemporary, yet deeply rooted in the island’s volcanic and maritime landscape.
