An example of tourism-focused renovation is our intervention at the Bohemia Suites & SPA Hotel, adapted to the current demands of the most discerning travelers.
The project integrates into the topography through a terraced layout that minimizes visual impact and avoids typological references foreign to the place. The buildings are embedded in the hillside, opening to the south and keeping only a single storey visible from the outside.
Inspired by traditional agricultural terraces, the complex features green roofs and productive gardens that reinforce its bioclimatic character, improve thermal performance, and evoke the area’s rural past. Accessible pedestrian routes, shaped by the terrain, connect the different buildings like a walk through the landscape. Architecture is conceived as an educational framework—where nature, sustainability, and learning become an inseparable whole.

Every project begins with dialogue. We listen to the client’s needs and expectations to define the brief with precision, provide guidance from the very start, and set a clear, realistic direction—aligned with the scope and cost of the work.
Once the foundations of the brief are set, we analyze planning regulations, the site, and its physical, social, and landscape context. This preliminary study allows us to develop proposals that integrate naturally into their surroundings, avoiding distortions and resulting in solutions that are coherent—both functionally and in the lived experience of those who inhabit them.
With all this information, the design of the proposal begins: defining the massing, materials, spaces, orientation, natural light, and cost control. All of these elements come together to shape a realistic, viable project—yet one filled with excitement and beauty—conceived as a unique response for each client and each place.
We turn ideas into buildable architecture through precise drawings and comprehensive technical documentation. The work is developed in collaboration with engineers, consultants, and other specialists, ensuring the project is rigorous, well-coordinated, and fully deliverable.

For this spa in Maspalomas, a wellness space was created where architecture flows like water: a continuous mantle of wooden slats ripples across ceilings and walls like waves, wrapping the visitor in an atmosphere of calm. Light integrated between the timber elements enhances the sense of movement and adds warmth, while the carefully chosen materials turn the whole into a coherent sensory experience—designed for rest and well-being.
